HOW TO PURCHASE IMAGES 
 
Contact us if you would like to use images for trial layouts. We will send you the low resolution images. When you have made a final choice you can order high resolution images and have them digitally delivered.

Can I reserve an image?
You can, just contact us. We recommend you reserve image(s) with us before you begin trial layouts. We will check the availability and reserve the image on our database. This protects the image for you while it is being considered, and guarantees your priority if we receive another enquiry.


LICENSING AND RIGHTS

Do you sell Royalty Free Images?
No: all our images are Rights-Protected and require specific licenses and fees for each and every use.

What does Rights-Protected mean?
This means that all our images are licensed with specific rights, which include usage, territory and licence term. It is the best way to manage the licenses for your images, and is not always the most expensive option.

What is the difference between 'exclusive' and 'non-exclusive'?

Exclusive Rights:
Clients have exclusive use of an image in the agreed usage, territory and licence term. Exclusive Rights guarantee your competitors cannot buy the same image during your licence term. Most of our licences are exclusive.

Non-Exclusive Rights:
The same image can be licensed by other clients for the same usage, territory and licence term.

If I have licensed an image, can I use it more than once?
Not without our prior permission and payment of an additional fee. Most licenses are based on a single, one-time use. However, you can usually renew, extend or obtain a completely new licence for an image.

Are all your images Model Released?
Yes, our images are Model Released. But it is the client's responsibility to check the availability of any releases (model, property etc) that they require.

Can I change your images?
You can modify and manipulate our images e.g. crop, flip, re-colour etc. But please email us with details of the modifications that are planned.


FEES & PAYMENT

What fees do you charge for using your images?
Fees depend on the rights required: usage, print run, territory, licence term, size , position and format(s). If you would like a quote please contact us. We will immediately send you a fee suggestion based on your requirements.

How do I pay for an image?
After agreeing a fee, we will send you an invoice by email, and expect payment within 30 days. Payment must be made by BACS/bank transfer (or cheque).


PRIVICY

Do you have a Privacy Policy?
Yes, we treat all details given to us as confidential and do not give any information to third parties.


COMMISSIONS

Do you accept commissions?
Yes, either email or call us to discuss the requirements of your project.
